Fun Outside

It was a nice day yesterday so Jon and I took the kids in the backyard and let Eli play around. Eli mostly played on the steps ( he has been practicing going up and down the little step) and Peanut just watched him. Paige and I had a photo shoot lol. and Jon took the pictures. It was a nice day! There better be more like it!

OUR PITBULL

Ha ha. We don't have a pit bull so you can still bring your kids over to play, but our little Peanut thinks he is one. He is our protector! Yeah right... all you have to do is scratch behind his ears and he will follow you around until you leave. We were outside playing in the yard yesterday and he was following Eli around making sure he was okay. He loves our family and I couldn't picture it without him.

Eli has been having so much fun running around without his clothes on. Right when I am going to give him a bath and get him all undressed he takes of running with a huge smile on his face. I am laughing so hard that he keeps on doing it. I had to grab my camera and take a few pictures. Don't worry, I made sure they were safe.

I was so excited that she fits into this dress that I had to take some pictures and show her off. Her cute cousin Hilary gave her this dress and I think it looks adorable on her. Thanks again HillBill!

Last night was so cute because Jon was holding Paige and she fell asleep in his arms. Jon loves being a dad so much. I am so lucky to have a husband that cares so much for his children. He works extra hard to make sure that we have a roof over our head and food in our mouths.

So karlie and I got together yesterday and Eli and Jeffrey were able to play with each other. They were so cute! They are 100% boy that is for sure. Karlie's baby Katie is getting so big! I hope Paige can catch up soon. It is always nice to sit back and relax with a good friend. Thanks Kar!

She did it!!!!!

Well Paige had her first smile yesterday!We were at Jenilyn's house so I only had my cell phone and I was really close to her face so I could get it so if the picture looks funny I'm sorry. It was so cute though. I was sticking my tongue in and out and she started smiling at that so then Hailea and Kadin came over and were doing it too! she was smiling for about 5 min. before she decided she was too tired to do it anymore and fell asleep. Now I can't wait till she discovers her voice. That will be great to hear Eli and her talking to each other.

Drawing

So i have been trying to find new ways to keep myself entertained so I decided to start drawing. I haven't drawn since I have been out of high school and I must say I don't know why I stopped. It was so fun to draw this that I think I will do one of Eli too. I would like some more ideas of what to draw so if you have any good ideas let me know!

One thing that Eli enjoys is playing with the clothes baskets. So Jon decided to put him in one and push him around. He loved it! I love being able to entertain kids for free.... actually Eli is our entertainment!

Look whose lifting her head up!

Paige has been such a strong baby so far. She has been lifting her head up all the time now. She is so curious about the world around her and she doesn't want to miss a thing. She has rolled over once too! We are so proud of her and we hope she keeps up the good work.

Super hero to the rescue!!!!

So today my sister Jenilyn and I were talking about her night at work and she was telling me that they were deciding what there superpowers would be and what superhero they would become. Jenilyn told me hers and my imagination went wild. I started to think of mine, but I couldn't stop at just that. Next thing I knew we were dressing up and posing for the camera!

Let me introduce my superhero... my name is Marvelous Mandi and I am here to save the day!!! I am the all powerful baby makin, big time blogger, scrapbooking sensation!!! I have the power to make a baby even under the influence of birth control. I have the special ability to blog at anytime of the day or night AND not get sick of it. Last but not least I can scrapbook like a mad woman and not cramp up once. My weakness is tropical starbursts. They are a killer to me and will break down my forces. I can conquer against the forces of evil such as, people with no imagination.

I get my power from my family and my fruits and vegetables!!!!

Jenilyn was such a good sport to my idea of taking pictures. This is her super hero powers. I am super bargain shopper, master event planner for any budget, awesome cook/baker Hero. I help save people from way to expensive and ugly clothing. I help save them from a boring party I am able to fill the tummies of hungry people. My powers are excellent debit card swiping skills, a sense on who is having the best sale and able to change any recipe even for the picky eater. My weakness are brownies and SHOES!

Hailea wanted to become a superhero too! I love being able to be silly sometimes and have fun! If you ever need me I will be there in a flash to rescue you!

Bathtime!

So first of all... I know Eli is wearing a pink bib, but hey we ran out of bibs so we borrowed one from Paige. Today Eli was extra excited to take a bath.

I asked him if he wanted one and he rand in the bathroom (with his bib still on) and started to try to get in the tub. I got him in there and he just sat backed and soaked it up.He was so funny! he would giggle and talk to me.

I can't wait till next time!!!!

A boy and his sippie

So I was trying to take some picturesof Eli in his new summer outfit that he got from his grandma Faith. Everytime I tried to flash the camera he would put his sippie in his mouth. At first I don't think he was doing it on purpose, but after a while it became a game and we were both laughing by the end. I am so happy that it is warm enough to wear shorts today. I can't wait for warm weather to stay!!!!

Fun today with Paige, Eli, and My Hubby!!!!

Today was a great day! It started out with just playing around with Paige and Eli. They kept me pretty busy with changing diapers to running around the house playing tag and dancing. Cute moments were Eli taking care of Paige when she was crying. Later i got to go out( for the first time since Paige was born) with Jon. WE went to dinner and talked for two hours. Thanks to Julie my wonderful mother in law who babysat. I had such a great day!!! I love my family!!!!

So today I had a little bit of extra time on my hands. I got Paige all dolled up and decided to have a little photo shoot. Now Kyle... this is nothing professional so you can't judge me. I had fun doing this today.

Also I wanted to thank my sister in law Jody for buying her this outfit. She was so nice and went out and bought a bunch of premie outfits for her because she couldn't fit into anything. THANKS!

Fun with Karlie and Shelley

Well I had a ton of fun catching up with my friends Karlie and Shelley today. We all have kids so it was fun to see them all playing together. Shelley has twin girls that are 2 and a 5 month old. Karlie has an almost 2 year old and a 3 week old baby. Then I have my kids. Talk about a mad house when they are together! The funniest part was when we all sat down to get are picture with all the kids, it was like they all knew what was coming and started screaming. I was laughing so hard. I am glad I have friends with kids the same age. It will be fun to watch them grow up together!
