Happy Birthday Eli

Well Eli is now 2 years old. I can't believe I have a 2 year old! We love our little guy and have so much fun with him. Here's to many more birthdays!

Just having fun!

So since I last wrote it has been a whirlwind of fun. I can't go through and tell you all the exciting things that we have done because.....





I can't remember.



Luckily I have a handy dandy camera that reminds me of things!

So I will take you step by step through our little adventures this past little while

1st event
We cheered for the Giants... too bad they lost!




2nd event
Jenilyn made this adorable hat for Paige




3rd event
Eli helped Jon decorate the Christmas tree. He did such a good job!

4th event

Eli was a big goof ball and was making me laugh

5th event

I was getting ready for work. It is so hard to go to work when your kids are actually being super good!

6th event

My sister in laws Jody and Susan went shopping with me at the outlets. I had such a good time. We should make a habit out of it.... hint hint

Last event

We were busy doing things at our house when we were wondering why Eli was so quiet. Jon started looking around for him.... and this is what he found....

..... he got a hold of my bubble bath and dumped the enitre bottle out... ugh! It was pretty funny though.

Festival of Trees

So we decided to attempt to be crafty and donated a tree to the Festival of Trees. I had so much fun doing along with Jenilyn and Karlie! It is on this week starting tomorrow so go and check out all the beautiful trees!.

?? What have we been up to??

Well I didn't fall off the face of the earth so no one panic. I have just been getting over the darn cold and playing with my kids. They're sure are fun!!! Here is a little somethin' that we have been doing....

Eli's new favorite thing to do is stack all of the laundry baskets up on the couch and jump on them...

My little ones love to snuggle each other in the morning

We couldn't find Piage in our living room.... She had rolled into the entertainment center


Eli loves his elmo!!!

Eli has to have at least 2 stuffed animals with him at all times

My Aunt Laurie came over for dinner and to visit with the kids!!!

MAKE IT GO AWAY!!!!

So why is it when you have to be on top of your game at work and at home that you wake up and have a pounding headache and your throat is all sore to the point you can't swallow. {UGH!} I am looking for suggestions on how to feel better in a quicker amount of time so if you can help PLEASE let me know what to do!!!

It has been too long!

So I am back in action in good old Salt Lake. I had a really good time in San Fransisco, but by the end I was dying to come home and see my family. When I got home there was flowers waiting on the table for me from Jon! Maybe I should go on vacation more often!!

.... I am SOOOOOO SAD!!!

What to do what to do! I am so super sad, and I just don't know what to do about it.

I am not going to be with my adorable fun loving family for an ENTIRE week!

I won't be able to wrestle with Eli and cuddle with Paige. I won't get good night kisses from Jon.

Oh no.... my life is OVER!

Well at least I will be in San Fransisco buying a lot of things trying to make time go faster.

I hope nobody misses me as much as I am going to miss everyone else!

.... Another bathtime experience

So I LOVE giving my kids baths! Now that they bathe together it is even a bigger blast. Eli always makes Paige laugh no matter what he is doing. Here is just a taste of what I see all the time!

... Of all the things I have to do today....

.... I am supposed to get rid of a mouse. A little disease infested mouse. I don't know if I can ever look at Mickey Mouse the same.

I am trying to build up the courage to even look at it and all I can do is squeal and run the other way (I know I'm pathetic)

Well I guess now that I have vented my frustration I will try once again to get rid of it... Wish me luck!I know I'm gonna need it

I regret: buying our car that we have right now
I love: My family, and I love to be outdoors when I got the chance. I also love the NY Giants!

I always: tell Jon I love him when we talk on the phone.
I am not: a night owl. I can't even stay awake past nine.
I remember:Accidentally breaking an egg on the couch and not knowing how to tell my mom
I believe: I am a good person
I sing: Disney songs in the shower
I don't always: want to go to work
I argue: more than I should. Thanks Jon for putting up with me
I write: on my blog all the freakin time
I win:most of the time when we are playing Yahtzee
I lose: my temper when the Giants are losing
I wish: I didn't have a hard time losing weight
I listen: To Toy Story 1 and 2 pretty much the entire day
I can usually be found: at home or Jenilyns
I am scared: to eat turkey.... don't ask me... I know it's weird
I forget: what were we talking about? :)
I am happy: 95% of the time

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!!!

Today is going to be the SPOOOOKY version of T.I.G.F.! If you get frightened or cannot read on anymore.... I understand.





#1- What is more scary (and delicious) than Halloween candy!!!!! I am grateful for these sinful treats even though I know they will attack my leg or stomach in one way or another!

#2- I am grateful for our Ninga who protects us from ghosts and goblins of all types!!!

(Doesn't it look like he's advertising Mike and Ike's?)

#3- Now this is the most scary thing of all!!!.....

I don't know if I can even tell you! (hands trembling)

I am grateful..... for..... COWS! There I said it! Especially cute and fluffy ones that you can snuggle with, and that don't smell bad, and eat food and not hay!!!!

I hope you have a CREEPY and Wonderful Halloween....

Tryin to decide......

.... on what to be for Halloween. Jon sent over a few suggestions and I narrowed it down to three.

My 3 choices are...

#1- DARTH VADOR.... I think I could pull this off pretty well don't you think?

#2- A HIPPIE. Now come on... nothing is as classic as going as a hippie!

#3- YODA. I think I am short enough to be Yoda.... I would need to practice on my voice though.... (" Luke.... Luke...")

Well I think I will be a hippie.... but what do you think?

Finger Painting

So no T.I.G.F today, but instead I will give you a treat.... Eli did his first finger painting!... Yes at the end it was more like body painting, but at least he was having a good time right? Thanks Jen for coming over and giving us some fun activities to do!!!
